At InsuranceAgencyTraining.org, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality coaching and training programs. We understand that investing in your professional development is a significant decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand your rights and options.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the digital content, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

2. Coaching and Mentoring Programs

Our coaching and mentoring programs are designed to provide personalized, actionable guidance to help you succeed in your career. We stand by the value of our programs, but we also understand that they may not be a perfect fit for everyone.

  • Cancellation Before Start Date: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a coaching or mentoring program before the start date, you may do so by contacting us at support@insuranceagencytraining.org. You will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees stated at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation After Start Date: If you decide to cancel after the coaching or mentoring program has begun, refunds will not be issued. However, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to another session or participant. This transfer must be requested within the first 7 days of the program start date.

3. Webinars and Live Events

  • Refunds for Webinars: Webinars are non-refundable once the registration is complete. If you are unable to attend a live webinar, you may access the recorded version at a later date.
  • Refunds for Live Events: For live events such as workshops or conferences, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. You may, however, transfer your registration to another participant.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Annual Memberships: If you cancel an annual membership within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund, prorated based on the time remaining in your membership. After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@insuranceagencytraining.org. Please include your order number, the product or service you are requesting a refund for, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Non-refundable deposits or fees stated at the time of purchase.
  • Downloaded digital products or content that has already been accessed.
  • Services that have already been provided.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date of the updated policy will be indicated at the top of the page.
